As soon as your wedding date is set, we recommend starting the search for your preferred vendors. Particularly popular dates during the peak season are often booked 12 to 18 months in advance.
Since we only accompany a limited number of weddings per year, it’s worth inquiring early. In addition to photo and film teams, locations, florists, DJs, and wedding celebrants are also frequently booked up long in advance.
The earlier you inquire, the greater the chance that your desired date is still available.
We get asked this question often – however, the exact number always depends on the duration of the coverage, the flow of the day, and the special moments that unfold.
As a guide, you can expect about 70 carefully edited images per hour. For a full-day wedding reportage, this usually results in several hundred high-quality memories that tell your story authentically and completely.
For us, the focus is not on the number of images, but on the quality. That’s why you receive all the successful shots that reflect your emotions, the atmosphere, and the most beautiful moments of your day – lovingly selected and professionally edited.
Our focus is on weddings and accompanying couples through various stages of life. We have the privilege of accompanying many of our wedding couples over the years – from engagement shoots and weddings to maternity, family, or newborn sessions.
In addition to weddings, we also photograph couple sessions, family shoots, home stories, and newborn sessions. Our standard always remains the same: capturing real emotions, natural moments, and timeless memories.

After you’ve sent us your inquiry, we first check if your desired date is still available. We will then get back to you as quickly as possible – usually on the same day.
In a non-binding introductory call via Google Meet, we’ll get to know each other in a relaxed way, talk about your wishes and wedding plans, and answer any open questions. It’s important to us that the chemistry is right, as we’ll be accompanying you on one of the most emotional days of your life.
After our conversation, you’ll receive an individual offer from us as well as all further information about our services. Once you decide on us, we’ll reserve your date bindingly and stand by your side with advice and experience until your wedding day.
As soon as your date reservation fee has been received, your date is bindingly reserved for you.
A few days before the shoot, we’ll get in touch with you personally to discuss all the important details such as the meeting point, time, and the exact schedule. We also take current weather and lighting conditions into account so that we can create the best possible conditions for your shoot.
Should the weather not cooperate, we’ll find a suitable solution together. Often, particularly atmospheric and natural images are created on cloudy days. For regular shoots, we can arrange an alternative date if necessary. For weddings, we naturally work with the conditions of the day and ensure beautiful memories regardless of the weather.
We know how eagerly you wait for your memories after your wedding. That’s why you’ll receive a small preview gallery with the first selected images the day after your wedding, so you can relive the most beautiful moments right away and share them with family and friends.
The full editing of your wedding reportage then takes place with great attention to detail. You will usually receive your finished wedding photos within 8 to 10 weeks after your wedding day. For the wedding film, we usually need a bit more time, so you’ll typically receive it after about 10 to 12 weeks.
Your photos and wedding film will be provided to you via a password-protected online gallery that you can easily share with family and friends. Additionally, you’ll receive your memories on a high-quality USB stick in a lovingly designed gift box, including selected fine-art prints.
Through the online gallery, your guests also have the opportunity to download images or order high-quality prints and framed photos.
Yes, we accompany weddings throughout Switzerland and, upon request, abroad as well. However, our focus is clearly on Switzerland, as we have been active here for many years and are already very familiar with numerous locations, vendors, and processes. This local knowledge helps us react quickly to situations, find the most beautiful photo spots, and accompany your day in a relaxed and professional manner. At the same time, we love traveling for special weddings and discovering new places. Just tell us about your plans – we look forward to hearing more.
Don’t worry – bad weather doesn’t mean bad photos. In fact, cloudy days often produce particularly atmospheric and romantic shots. Thanks to our experience, we find beautiful opportunities for your shoot even in the rain, whether under a covered location, in a stylish indoor area, or with transparent umbrellas. The most important thing is that you enjoy your day – we’ll take care of capturing the special moments.
During your wedding, we accompany you mostly inconspicuously and in a documentary style. This allows for real emotions, spontaneous moments, and the small details that tell your story authentically. During the couple shoot, however, we give you gentle guidance and small prompts so that you feel comfortable and natural photos are created. You don’t need any experience in front of the camera – our goal is for you to enjoy your moment together while we capture the memories for you.
Fortunately, this has never happened so far. Nevertheless, we have made provisions for this case. Behind CUBU stands not just one person, but an established team of three creative minds. Each of us is experienced in both photography and film and is fully familiar with our processes, our style, and our quality standards.
Should one of us unexpectedly fall ill, the other team members can step in seamlessly and accompany your wedding as planned. This way, you can enjoy your big day in a relaxed manner – with the security that your memories are in professional hands.
